Which AI models can I use?
OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI models are all supported. Free users have access to economy-tier models; Standard unlocks everything.
Do I need my own API key?
No. All API keys are managed server-side — just pick a model and go.
What are swimlane roles?
Each swimlane represents a different AI persona with its own system prompt. Nodes placed in a swimlane inherit that persona.
Can I export and share workflows?
Yes. Use the menu on any project card to download as JSON, then import it when creating a new project.
How is usage billed?
Usage is metered per LLM call based on token count. Track your spending in Settings › Billing and set optional cost limits.
How do credit purchases work?
When you click a credit amount, you’ll see a confirmation prompt showing the exact charge before anything is billed. If you have a saved card it’s charged after you confirm; otherwise you’re taken to a secure Stripe Checkout page.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your workflows and data are private to your account. We do not use your data to train models. LLM calls are routed through our secure proxy and are not stored beyond the session.
Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings › Billing. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?
Unused credits are refunded automatically if you cancel your subscription at the end of the billing period. You can also request an immediate refund of unused credits at any time from Settings › Billing without canceling your subscription. The $10/month platform fee is non-refundable. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
What happens if I hit my usage limit?
If you reach your spending limit, workflow executions will pause until the next billing cycle or until you raise your limit in Settings › Billing. You won’t be charged beyond the cap you set.
